Notes
- Oscar Medchill was taken in by Anna Lavik Markuson at age fifteen
months and raised as part of the Markuson family. The 1964 Markuson
genealogy also notes: "raised by Mother who put him through high school
and University of Minnesota. In 1908 started as Electrical Engineer in
Chicago. He was then moved to Baltimore where he retired at age 65 and
died at age 71 in October, 1961". From this information, I have surmised
his birth year to be 1890.
